Our Process
How We Get Your Pests Gone
A simple, proven process that solves the problem at the source — and keeps it from coming back.
Free Inspection
We come out, identify exactly what you're dealing with, and find how the pests are getting in. You get a straight answer and an honest quote — no pressure, no upselling pests you don't have.
Targeted Treatment
We treat the problem at its source with a plan matched to your property — safe and effective around kids and pets. For rodents and wildlife, that includes sealing the entry points, not just removing what's there.
Ongoing Protection
We set you up on a monthly or bi-monthly plan to keep pests from coming back — with no long-term contract. You stay protected because it works, and you can adjust or cancel any time.

FAQs
General Pest Control — Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a general pest plan?
We treat the inside and outside of your property and build a protective barrier against the common pests — ants, cockroaches, spiders, fleas, and more. Plans run monthly or bi-monthly with no long-term contract, and we re-treat between visits if something comes back.
How often should I have my home treated?
For most Ventura County homes, monthly or bi-monthly service keeps pests out year-round, since different pests are active in different seasons. We'll recommend the right frequency based on your property and the pressure around it.
Do you treat black widow spiders?
Yes. Black widows are common in garages, sheds, eaves, and outdoor furniture across our area. Our general pest service treats and helps prevent them, and we can do focused spider work for properties with heavy webbing.
Will one treatment get rid of my ant problem?
One treatment knocks the visible ants down, but ants nest in large colonies and re-trail, so lasting control usually comes from ongoing service that treats the trails and the nest over time. We'll explain exactly what to expect at the inspection.
